  Hello,

  I want to cancel my subscription, and get my money back (€26) Can you help me with that?

  You can cancel your WordPress.com subscription on the “Manage purchases” page here. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Refund for your plan will be processed only if you cancel within 30 days for purchase. Charges for domain, if any bought alongside, will be deducted if the cancelation is done after 2 days for registration.

  I am also tagging the post with “modlook” for the WordPress.com staff’s attention.

  Thank you for your answer, but I alteady did that. Before my subscription extended was, I touched a button what says ended automatic renewal. So I thought that they do not extended my subscription anymore. But they do.

  I got only my €9,88 back for personal bundle but I also want my €26,- back for the rest of my personal bundle.

  Do you understand me? Im not English so I tried to do my best :)

  I’d be happy to refund you for the domain. Before I do, I just want to check whether you wish to use the domain for another site or whether it’s no longer needed at all?

  Thanks for coming back to me. I’ve refunded the remaining €26 and there is conformation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually credit your account 7-14 business days but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
