You should be able to manage all your purchases on this page. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
You should be able to cancel your domain purchased over there. Although note that when you cancel your domain purchase, it will be lost and might not be available for registration again.

We received a chargeback regarding your domain’s registration renewal, meaning either you or your bank disputed the charge.
If you file a dispute against us you are essentially accusing us of fraud. This causes all upgrades to be removed from your account and for your site to be locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy on chargebacks here:
Since the dispute has already been closed by our payment processor we won’t be able to issue you a refund at this time. I’m checking with our billing team if the dispute was closed in your favor or ours and I’ll let you know as soon I as I hear back from them.

The chargeback was closed in our favor, therefore, I canceled your domain and issued you a refund. You should see that refund on your statement within 7-10 days.
