  I would like to cancel my subscription receipt [redacted]. I do not need a domain.

  Hi there, refunds are available up to 30 days after the date of purchase on everything but new domain registrations, which need to be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund. After that refund window no pro-rated refund is possible.

  If you want to cancel the auto-renewal of your current subscription, you can do that directly within your account’s Manage Purchases dashboard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account.
