  Please advise I haven’t used my side since 2017im still being charged. Plz help me cancel the subscription

  You can cancel your plan via Manage Purchases option. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan. Follow the link, https://wordpress.com/purchases

  @maameafrifa71 You only created this account two hours ago so it won’t be connected to a site created in 2017. What is the address of your site? Can you try try logging out of this account and logging back in to WordPress.com with the email address where you received notification of being charged. If needed, reset the password.
