  Hey i want to cancel my subsciption. I have done it through the normal way. but whenever i go into my domain it keeps going to the wordpress website.

  I can confirm this was cancelled, but right now your domain is configured to redirect to our servers. Please log into your domain registrar’s admin area, then point the domain to your new host. You will want to allow at least 6 hours for those changes to take effect.
