  Hi, I have cotacted you a few times but I haven’t heard from you.
  I would like to cancel my subscription under credit card name Nagisa Akimoto.
  I haven’t used it at all and I have been asking for a refund of my subscription when my money deducted from my bank account.
  I cannot remember my blog name and password of it.
  Could you please please help me to cancel it and refund it form me?
