  Hey there, are you trying to cancel an email subscription, or do you have a paid site with us on another account?

  To get rid of email notifications, go here to set your preferences:
  https://wordpress.com/me/notifications

  Check each tab and adjust your settings as you’d like. :)

  If you’re trying to cancel a paid site subscription instead, can you log out, then log back in with the email address that gets renewal reminders? Then you should be able to cancel here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
