  Cancel my subscription immediately, I no longer own my business and can’t make payments to you, the credit card was canceled. So you need to cancel my subscription. My last payment was $318. I had to get rid of that credit card because of you people keep charging me and I haven’t needed your services for more than a year, you people make it so hard to cancel! What a rip off!

  Hi there, this particular charge was under a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  You can use the transaction ID that you shared to recover access to that account via https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Unfortunately, this charge was placed 33 days ago, and is too far past our 14-day refund window for us to issue a refund: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

  I have, however, disabled auto-renew, so there will be no further renewals.
