I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.
We can only cancel a subscription when the request comes from the account that owns the upgrade. Since the account you’re using here is not the correct account, you would need to log into the correct account and make the request, or request it yourself from your account purchases page.
If you don’t remember the account you used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
