First, I want to make sure that those charges are associated with WordPress.com. To check that, please fill out the form below.
If the charges are indeed associated with our service, you probably have another account with us. To access that other account and cancel any upgrades, you can provide us with a transaction ID as proof of ownership. To retrieve that, please follow the instructions in the guide below.
