I bought your service in error thinking I could upload a theme I bought-which I can not. I do not want to use wordpress so I want to cancel my subscription

Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. A 30 day refund on what, exactly? I find wordpress as a whole to be very greasy sneaky and misleading with their wording! Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. WARNING: NEVER buy ANY UPGRADE from wordpress you will get less than 1/3rd of your money back. Full refund in less than 48 hours is a complete and total LIE.

It looks like you filed a chargeback against us about a week ago and since withdrew that, so I was still able to refund you. You should receive it in 5 to 10 business days.
