Cancel my subscription and refund for it

    Hi, I have another account but I have not used it for almost a year and I forgot my account name and password. clearly, I dont used it anymore and I would like to cancel my subscription and would like to get a refund for it. I tired to contact you in August but nothing has solved yet. please help me to get my page cancel and refund for it.
    my credit card number is [redacted by staff]. Please check it.

    This is a public forum, so you have just posted your complete credit card number on a public page that anyone with access to the internet can see. Please contact your bank immediately and ask them to stop that card to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

    You should never post personal or billing-related info in a public forum, and our support will never ask you to provide your full credit card number to us for any reason.

    We replied to you in the thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/subscription-203/ with instructions on how to find out what the charge was for, but you never replied to us there.
