Hello there, it doesn’t look like you currently have an upgrade on this account and site. When you cancel a purchase, you’ll see that in your dashboard’s Billing History at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds can take between 7-10 business days (longer if outside the US) and will show up in the payment method you used to make your purchase. Because you cancelled so soon after purchase, it could be possible that your payment method will simply revert the payment rather than process a refund, but you can check with them about this.
