Cancel my subscription with Akismet immediately.

  I want to cancel my subscription with Akismet immediately. My new web designer says that I no longer need this service for my new website which has a different server from the old one. Will I be charged for one day of service since I believe that you automatically renewed the subscription on September 12, 2016 & today is September 13, 2016?
