Cancel my subscrition and domain

  I received an e-mail saying that my domain ‘seumviajante.com’ is about to be renewd. I am really not willing to renew this subscription, bur when i access the ‘manage purchases’ there is no option to cancel it. What do I have to do?

  I checked your account and see that you were able to cancel your subscription.

  Auto renew has been deactivated and you will not be charged for the subscription.

  Hi,

  Last Friday I deleted all content from a blog I administer as I have been asked to do so. Nevertheless, I have been informed people still have access to a file that was posted in the blog. How can I delete that?

  I dont need help on “hermanofaustino.wordpress.com”, and I dont know why this part of the message appeared. I didnt type it, must be some automatic message about the page i was logged on, or something.

  The page i’m trying to fix is “seumviajante.com”, the domain still apears as “never experies”. When I get to the “manege purchases” area, there is no option to cancel the subscription. When i click on “domains”, I see the domain I’m trying to cancel as “registred domain”. When i click on “payment settings”, and gets me back to the “my purchases” area, i’ve tried everything but i cant fix it…

  When I tried to cancel the whole page, i’ve been told that i cant cancel the page, once i have a domain purchased. I really dont know what to do! I dont want this domain anymore! And I dont want to me encharged for it!

  I was referring to seumviante.com in my initial reply. It shows that the subscription is indeed canceled under your account.

  In regards to “never expires”, that is in reference to seumviante.wordpress.com. Were you wanting to deactivate the entire site as well?

  In terms of paid subscriptions, the domain mapping subscription under your account has been deactivated, so no worries about getting charged.
