Cancel my trial

I want to cancel my trial (and thereby upcoming upgrade to Premium) on my blog, but everytime I try, I get an error and is told to contact support.

Dashboard → Store → Billing HistoryAre you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

I am logged in under the same user account.
If I look under My Upgrades, I can see the Trial, and I can push to cancel. But when I do, I receive en e-mail in which I have to confirm. And this is when it fails. I push to confirm and I’m told, that the trials has not been cancelled to a problem refunding me.
Under Billing History I can see, that I purchased the trial for $0.00.
The trial is renewed nov 10., and I do not want it to!

I’d be happy to cancel this for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can cancel your entire Premium purchase, including your domain iamkunji.com. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you are okay with the prospect of potentially losing iamkunji.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can provide you a manual payment request for just the domain – $26. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, iamkunji.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

And now I’ve just been billed $99 for a renewal….
Would you PLEASE cancel the entire bundle and refund?
