Cancel my trial subscription before I get charged!

  I have been unable to cancel my trial subscription to my blog. I tried to cancel my domain but I wasn’t able to cancel that either and now the 48 hours has passed and I am to be charged for it when I tried to cancel before hand. This is incredibly frustrating. Please cancel my trial subscription before I am charged $99 on November 1, 2014 and if possible, cancel my domain and refund me the money since I tried to cancel within the 48 hour period but wasn’t able to thanks to an issue with the website! This has been a terrible experience with WordPress. It’s unbelievable.

  I’m very sorry for the trouble! I can cancel everything for you (WordPress Premium and your domain myturningpoint.me), and issue a full refund.

  However, I just want to confirm before canceling your domain. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future, so only cancel it if you’re sure you don’t want it at all.

  Can you please confirm that you want to cancel and give up the domain myturningpoint.me?

  Yes. I want to cancel everything including the domain. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and for your help.
