Cancel my upgrade

  hi, somebody can help me please? sorry for my bad english. 2weeks ago i click “try premium for 2 weeks trial” link. it says free. for 2 weeks i got the premium member. early this morning, i receive sms that wordpress charge my credit card USD 99 for renewal. but i dont want it. so i cancel that upgrade by click cancel on “my update” page. an email sent to me with link to confirm my cancelation. But it says that my upgrade wont cancel and i cant receive my refund. i try it so many times, but it didnt work. i appriciate to all the help i can get. please reply soon. thanks..

  Hi there,

  Have you disabled auto-renew in Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew? Were you logged in with the same username account that purchased the upgrades?

  @mrlubomir, your tips helped me to get my subcription back to free :) thanks! after clicking the “cancel upgrade” on the email sent by wordpress
