cancel my upgrade

I tried the 14 day free trial for the pro account. I cancelled it after a couple of days but was still charged $99 today. I’d like a refund. How do I go about getting it?

Hi Rose,
Sorry about that. After looking into your account, I found that the transaction was still processing so I voided it. It should not go through. At most it should be a pending transaction. If it goes through please let me know!
