  Hello @coppercoloredwarrior,
  You can turn off auto-renew from your purchases page.

  To access the purchases page, click on your profile picture on the top right corner. On the sidebar click Manage Purchases or just click here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.

  If you want auto-renew to be turned off by the staff, then please tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread gets the staff’s attention.

  And, if a purchase has already been made by the auto-renew then you can cancel your purchases from the Manage Purchases section: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases (same as above)

  And then follow this guide:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases

  If you are not comfortable cancelling the purchase yourself then use the modlook tag as mentioned above.

  re:Refunds
  WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.

  You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.

  NOTE:

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
