Cancel my WordPress website/domain

  My organization is switch to a new website domain and our new website is built and ready to go but we are unable to start using the new domain until our word press domain no longer exists and I would like to know what all we need to do to expedite the process

  I’ve taken a look but I do not see any WordPress.com hosted sites under your @msmagi2009 account.

  Is it possible that the site you are referring to is one that is accessed under a different login? Can you tell me the URL of the site so we can take a closer look?
