CANCEL NO ADS PAYMENT

  Hello,
  I’m having trouble managing my account and need to cancel/refund the “No Ads” feature. I tried to login, but WordPress says I “have no account,” so I wasn’t able to stop the PayPal automatic payment. Please help me! I can’t afford the fee! My name is Laura M.   Got it — that’s just under another account. Can you log out, then log back in with that username, or with the email address that gets notifications and renewal reminders? Then you can cancel items here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  If you aren’t able to log into the correct account, we do have an account recovery process; you can use transaction info from a previous charge:
