Cancel – NOT AUTHORIZED

    I want to cancel this account and I want a refund of the $35.88 you charged to my Paypal account two days ago. This was NOT authorized and I had no idea that this was created and linked to my Paypal

    Hi there,

    Your Personal plan was renewed on January 22, 2018. You can see a receipt of that renewal in your billing history:

    Also, on the same day, we received a chargeback for that, meaning either you or your bank disputed the charge.

    If you file a dispute against us you are essentially accusing us of fraud. This causes all upgrades to be removed from your account and for your site to be locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy on chargebacks here:

    Since the dispute has already been closed by our payment processor you won’t be able to get a refund at this time. I’m checking with our billing team if the dispute was closed in your favor or ours, which will determine whether I can issue you the refund or not.

    The chargeback was closed in our favor, therefore, I have issued you a full refund. You should see that refund on your statement within 7-10 days.
