Cancel old domain not renewed

  Hi,

  I took the domain name pepin-et-trognon.com last year when I created my blog.

  This year, I didn’t renew it, and I want to change it to a new one, pepinettrognon.com.

  So I took the premium option, used the domain credit to register for pepinettrognon.com, all was ok.

  But in fact, no, the blog is still stuck with the old useless pepin-et-trognon.com, displaying I need to renew it, and I don’t want to. There is a “Cancel domain” button on the page of my blog (not the back-office one, where there isn’t any cancel button at all), but it doen’t make anything at all. So my blog is totally stuck and unavailable from both domain names !
  All that is said is to contact support… but we can’t. At least, I found this forum…

  So, please cancel pepin-et-trognon.com from my blog, thanks.
