Cancel order

    First I ordered personal plan, but I notice WordPress-logo in footer of my site and I was wanted to remove it. Then I order premium plan, because I supposed that would remove logo from footer, but i was wrong… there was info that i need business plan for that. So i paid 100€, but still wordpress-logo was at the footer of my site… (that really sucks). In same day I cancel my orders, but I get only 50€ of my money back. Now I have paid 50€ for nothing… Really? is there any money refund if cancelling order in same day?

    Hello there,

    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.

    If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

    You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by navigating to the Me section of WordPress.com and then choosing the option to Manage Purchases from the sidebar.

    Select any purchase in order to view options for managing it. The options available will be different based on the upgrade you choose.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades

    Great, but why my billing history looks like this:
    – Mar 19, 2017 WordPress.com Premium (cancel refund) €-37.11
    *at this point I cancelled my order*
    – Mar 19, 2017 WordPress.com Premium €63.12
    – Mar 15, 2017 Personal bundle €35.88

    I paid 99€ and got back only 37.11€ :(

    Hi there,

    I’ve refunded the Personal Plan and domain portions of your payment, so you should receive the full refund in about 10 business days.

    So i paid 100€, but still wordpress-logo was at the footer of my site

    Upgrading to the Business Plan does not automatically remove the footer from your site. It gives you the option to remove it, but you still need to change the setting to actually do that.
