  Hi lessisactuallymore,

  As you wait for staff to reply to your post, what is the url for the website that you want to cancel?

  As well, have you reviewed the Refunds page here – https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/? It outlines how to request a refund and also if you qualify for a refund.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your WordPress.com account. Please let us know for which site this is, but you either bought it using a different WordPress.com username, or you bought a hosting plan from a different provider than us.
