Cancel payment

Hello everybody,
Today I had a problem with my new wordpress account. As I was creating my blog a option of becoming premium for 0.99 € appeared in the screen. As being a small amount of money I hesitate to buy it, and paid the payment. But then a received a alert from paypal saying that I paid 99€ in wordpress. So my question is if can cancel this payment with no problem, I would be willing to pay a smaller amount like 10.00€ to improve my blog but 99€.. that’s to much money, basing on my salary of 500.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided the blog’s actual owner who purchased the upgrade is logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and he or she is within the allowed time frame for refunds, they can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I have another problem, and it is that when i go into my upgrades I can’t find any and therefore, It doesn’t let me cancel it . This is really weird and I want my money back, please.
