Hello I am trying to get a refund on a payment that was made from my account on the 11/11. Can you help me?

WordPress.com has a 48 hours refund window for domains and 30 days refund window for all other purchases. (https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/)
Since you made the purchase on 11/11, you can use the Manage Purchases section https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel your purchase and the refund will appear on your original payment source in 7-14 business days.

The account you’re using to post here is one week old and has never purchased any upgrades from WordPress.com, so there is nothing that I can refund.
What is the address of the site for which you bought the upgrade? You need to be logged in as the exact username you used to buy the upgrade in order to request a refund.
