My account was renewed. I did not give permission to renew and gave no credit card to renew. you took a payment out of my privet credit card I never gave you. I want a full refund and you can close any and all accounts with you. I found your site impossible to run and you will see that I never used it and I know my way around computers. I do better talking to someone so this site does not help.
