  Hi @crivezzi21, we can help with that, but we do need you to be logged into the account that owns the domain. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not?

  Then, let us know whether you intend to stop using the domain completely, or whether you want to use it with another service.
