  I was just charged on my bank account and I need it to be refunded and all accounts closed

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  I don’t see any payments made from the WordPress.com account you’re logged into. That means the payment occurred on a different account.

  Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the details of the charge. This will show you the site you were charged for. You’ll also see the option to contact our billing team directly on that page, who will get back to you via email to help you with canceling the subscription.
