  Hi…my name is nicolas. I had a domain musicaletrayruta.com. I paid the last year for this, but I don’t used anymore. I tried to delete the domain but I couldn’t. Now in mail adress I have a notification of paypal, automatically wordpress made the payment of this year…but I don’t want to pay for this that I don’t use and I couldn’t delete.
  Please, I want that reimvurseing the money and cancel the domain. Even, I delete the email that was asociated with the domain.

  Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   Thanks for your answer…the problem is that I can’t enter with the user of the domain that I want cancel. I don’t want to pay more this domain…and in my paypal I have 18 dolars to pay this domain that I couldn’t cancel.

  Please, cancel this domain…I tried but couldn’t do anything to close it.

  Your username, pimarrero, is not the username with ownership of the domain musicaletrayruta.com so I cannot take any actions to cancel the domain at the request of your account.

  If you can no longer access the account where you purchased the domain, please enter that account’s username or email address (you mentioned (email visible only to moderators and staff)) into the lost password form here:

  Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so please make sure you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder as well because the confirmation email can end up there.
