I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding the cancellation and refund for my domain and hosting plan associated with the domain neosocialup.com, which I cancelled today.
I had purchased the domain and hosting recently, but I decided to cancel the services as I was not satisfied with the overall experience. Before cancelling, I confirmed that I was still within the 14-day refund window and eligible for a full refund.
During the cancellation process, your system showed a message that the refund process would be initiated. After cancellation, live chat support confirmed that my hosting was successfully cancelled. However, they mentioned that the domain status is still showing as “pending cancellation”, but this is not visible on my dashboard.
My concerns are as follows:
I have not received any confirmation that my refund has been initiated.
There is no refund status shown in my billing history.
I have not received any email or receipt confirming the refund process.
I want to ensure that the domain is also cancelled, as I do not wish to keep or be charged for it.
As per your refund policy, I understand that refunds take 7–14 business days to process. I just want to be sure that everything is in motion and there are no pending actions from my end that might delay or block the refund.
Please:
Confirm that the refund process has been initiated.
Ensure the domain (neosocialup.com) is cancelled and will not be renewed or charged.
Share any reference or status update regarding the refund.
I would really appreciate your quick help in resolving this matter.
