Cancel Personal Domain

    Hello,

    I would like to change my renewal settings so my domain does not automatically renew next year when it is about to expire. I am not interested in keeping my domain long-term. I can not figure out how to get to the page where I can complete this step. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

    Hi gracefronheiser,

    The account you are using to post here hasn’t purchased any upgrades. What is the address of the site you would like to cancel auto renewal for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to. Once you are replying from the correct account, we can look at disabling auto renew :)
