Cancel personal plan?

  Hi there,

  I think the upgrade to Personal is a little too expensive at the moment for me (I’m only just starting out on this business, so every little helps at the moment!) – however, I cannot seem to cancel my subscription to the Personal plan. Is this non-refundable? Thanks

  Hi there,

  If you upgrade from a cheaper to a more expensive plan only the latter payment is refunded automatically, but I’ve just refunded your Personal Plan payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
