  Hello,
  I cancelled the Personal plan I just bought a minute ago because I realised I don’t need it as I already have a hosting plan with another provider. I had also bought a domain mapping which I obvisouly don’t eed either but that hasn’t been refunded. How do I go around to get a refnug for this as well?

  You should be able to get a full refund on your Manage Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  You can see instructions on this at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  If this isn’t working properly, I’d recommend reaching out to support at that second link. They’ll be able to handle it from there!
