  I am trying to stop the auto renew on my website set for 01/17 but I can’t seem to find a way to do that. Would you please help by giving details. Thanks

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, nor does the site http://financialproductalerts.wordpress.com/ have any upgrades associated with it.

  Can you please confirm the site on which you’re trying to disable auto-renew? Please note that if the upgrades belong to a different account we need the request to come from that account.
