  Visit this page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and click on the plan you want to cancel. You should see a button called “Cancel subscription” at the bottom of the page.

  Click on it to cancel.

  Note that refunds are governed by terms on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
