  Hi there, please can you let me know how I can cancel my plan and get a refund? I have gone to ‘manage purchases’ but can’t see any option to cancel

  Hi fdbettingtips,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any paid upgrades, which is why you can’t see an option to cancel them. Can you send a link to the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a site link is all I need for now.
