Cancel plan

    Hello, I would like to cancel my plan with WordPress. I paid the $60 fee for a personal account. It will be 30 days on November 23 since I paid and opened my account. Am I able to get any money refunded if I cancel?

    Hi there,

    You can cancel the subscription by visiting manage purchases

    Note
    For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund.

    For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of a purchase to receive a refund.

    Hi Michelle –

    Which purchase or site are you looking to cancel? I’m asking because there aren’t any upgrades or purchases associated with the user account you’ve signed in with and are using here in the forum (michgabor).

    When you go to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ you aren’t going to find any thing when signed in with the michgabor account.
