Cancel plan

Right now in manage purchases it says I am on a free plan. This is because I was on a 30 day trial period. I no longer want to continue and I want to cancel this before the trial ends and I can no longer get a refund. I’ve been searching how to do it and everywhere says cancel from manage purchases BUT, I can not since it says I’m on a free plan. I want a customer support number to CALL. I want my refund.

I do not see any trial or purchase of any kind under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that the purchase could be under?
