    Hi This is way too sophisticated for me. I mistakenly added Domain names, and I cannot figure out how to effectively use the platform. Im in way over my head. How can I cancel my plan and have a refund on my credit card ?? Anyone? Bueller?

    The plan has already been cancelled and refunded — there is copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History, if you need it:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on a statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
