  What will happend if i cancel a plan, will i have the left over payment payed back? What if i downsize or upgrade my plan?

  Hi there,

  It is possible to issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase, but after that a refund is not possible. https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  However if you start on a lower plan and then decide to “move up” to another higher plan, you do not have to pay full price on the higher plan. Instead we will calculate the remaining value of the plan you have now, and subtract it from the cost of the higher plan, so you only pay the difference in cost.
