I’m not seeing any purchases or upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. Do you have any more information about the purchase you could share with us? What plan was purchased?

Hi,
So, the transaction you are referring to was not confirmed via 3D Secure and thus, was not completed. No purchase was made and you were not charged.
You might contact your bank and verify this with them if you want to be doubly sure. But there is nothing from our end that shows a completed transaction.
