  Hi i am unable to cancel my plan and domain name. Can you manually cancel it.

  The reason why you’re not able to manage your subscriptions is that you’ve opened a dispute about the payment. We’re not able to do anything until that has been resolved or canceled. You can read here for more information on chargebacks and disputes:
