  Hi! I don’t intend to renew this website’s Premium plan this year. I received an email about auto-renewal by March 2023, even though I’ve cancelled the plan under ‘Purchases’. When I go to ‘Purchases’, there are no displayed upgrades/plans that I can cancel. How do I make sure that the Premium plan will not auto-renew this March?

  The upgrades for the site magiscreative.net are under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into (@teammagis), so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

  You would need to log out of this account and into the correct account to manage the subscription.
