    Please issue a refund – I did not use the program and thought I had done a monthly renewal

    Hi there:

    Most subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. This includes annual WordPress.com plans, Premium Themes, Google Workspace, Professional Email, and Add-ons. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 7 days of payment.

    The WordPress.com Premium subscription you purchased on 2023-01-17 and is outside our 14-day refund window. You can read more about our refund policy here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

    If you want to continue working on your site, we can restore the plan for you so you can use it for the rest of the year. Just let us know and we can take care of that. We’re also here if you have questions or need help with your site as well.
