Cancel Plan

    Hello,

    I tried to cancel this plan the same day it was purchased. It kept getting stuck on the page where it asked why I was canceling. I refreshed and tried several times. I thought this plan was canceled. I just checked today and it is still showing as active. Please help cancel this purchase and refund my payment. I do not need a website at this time. Thank you

    I have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
