  Hello, I did not use my wordpress since my set up and want to cancel it. But I cannot find the cancel button in Purchase. Please assist for the cancellation.

  I checked your account, and I don’t see any active subscriptions linked to it. Could you confirm if the subscription was bought directly through WordPress.com?

  If yes, the quickest way for us to trace the charge is with the transaction ID from your payment record. You can find this by following the steps in this guide:
