Cancel plan

Hi. I have received an automatic notice about the renewal of a plan that I would now like to cancel. However, when I follow the link to Me > Manage Purchases, I cannot see an option to cancel the plan. Who do I contact to make sure that this plan is cancelled.

There are actually two options on what you might be trying to do here.
You can change credit card details.
